Following are the terms and conditions that constitute ORIGINA shipping policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If ORIGINA are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of the order, ORIGINA will contact the customer via email or telephone.

  • Shipment to P.O. boxes

ORIGINA ships to addresses within the Malaysia.

  • Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

The customer will receive a shipment confirmation email once the order has shipped containing the customer’s tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

  • Customs, Duties and Taxes

ORIGINA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Damages

ORIGINA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping (Courier mishandling). If the customer received the order in damage condition, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

ORIGINA accept the request to ship the product internationally at Singapore, China, Brunei, Vietnam and Indonesia

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at . If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. The customer have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date received it.

2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same conditions as the customer received it.

3. The Customer is required to send back the affected Product(s) to us via a reliable courier service company to ORIGINA Head Quarters at the following address:-




4. Return/exchange of products or refund can be arranged under the following reasons:

  • If any product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition
  • If the product is out of date or expired
  • If the wrong product which is different from the order is delivered

5. Once ORIGINA receive the item, the quality inspector will inspect it and send a notification before return the item to the customer. ORIGINA will immediately notify the customer on the status of the refund after item’s inspection.

6. The item needs to have the receipt or the proof of purchase/payment

7. All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within 2 months and depending on the appointed bank refund policy in which the customer receipt of the refund will depend on the period of time the customer financial institution takes to finalize the refund. ORIGINA shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that the customer or any person may incur as a result of any delay in customer’s financial institution processing the said refund.

8. The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the product to be returned until it reaches us at ORIGINA HQ. ORIGINA will not be liable for any loss or damage to the product prior to the product is received by us. The Customers are advised to pack safely the product to prevent any loss or damage to the product or its box or its original packaging.
