Customer access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

By accessing or using the service the customer agrees to be bound by these terms. If the customer disagrees with any part of the terms then a customer may not have access to the ORIGINA service. The online services are not intended to be used by, or targeted to, anyone under the age of 13 years old. The customer must be at least 13 years old to use the online services. If a customer is at least 13 years old but not yet 18 years old (or the legal age of majority if different in customer jurisdiction), then the customer must review these terms with parent or guardian and they must understand and agree to these terms in order for a customer to use the online services.

If the customer’s parent or guardian does not agree to these terms, the customer must immediately stop using the online services and request that ORIGINA’s close any online services account that you have created.

Customer can request account deletion by sending an email to team.psfood@gmail.com, please include the email address of the account that customer desire deleted.

Availability of products and services

ORIGINA’s products are available in Malaysia, Singapore and upon request country by shipment/courier. Nevertheless, the online services may describe products that are not available worldwide.

Device and account is the customer’s responsibility

Customers are responsible for any devices, software, and services needed to use online services.

ORIGINA does not guarantee that the online services will fully function on any particular device or with any particular software. The customers are also responsible for any messaging and data charges, fees and taxes for customer’s use of the online services, including when ORIGINA communicate with a customer by text, email or other means that customer choose. Customer may only use the online services with devices that customer owns or control and using only the authorized operating system (e.g., Apple iPhone OS for Apple devices). If a customer creates an online services account, the responsibility for keeping the account secure and for all activity under the account is to the customers. It is necessary for a customer to only use one online services account and must keep the account information accurate at all times.

ORIGINA’s right to update or terminate online services.

Customer understand and consent that (with or without notice) ORIGINA’s may update, modify or
terminate the online services (or customer access to them) from time to time, including by pushing updates to (or removing functionality or access from) any ORIGINA’s mobile app that customer has installed on own device.

Updates to these terms.

ORIGINA may also update these terms at any time and at its sole discretion. If ORIGINA’s makes material changes to the terms, the notification will be sent to a customer by any reasonable means such as by posting the new terms in the online service. If a customer does not agree with the changed terms, the customer must immediately stop using the online services and request that ORIGINA close any online services account that customer has created. These terms incorporate ORIGINA’S Privacy Policy as part of the terms. ORIGINA’s Privacy Policy describes company information practices, including how ORIGINA collect, use, and share information.

ORIGINA’s communication with the customer

Through the online services, a customer has an option to receive emails, text messages to the mobile number customer provide in a site or push notifications from ORIGINA’s. When a customer opts into any of these types of communications, the customer understands and consent that customer will receive marketing, transactional and other messages from ORIGINA’s. ORIGINA may use the information the customer has provided to ORIGINA to communicate with a customer in accordance with ORIGINA’s Privacy Policy

Registering your payment method

ORIGINA use third-party providers to securely store customer payment card information and process the payments to ORIGINA. The customer understands and agrees that when customer register a payment card, ORIGINA or its third-party providers may verify that the payment card customer registered is valid. A customer also understands and agree that when customer use order to make a purchase from a site, ORIGINA will be the merchant of record. ORIGINA require information other than your order code to verify your purchase.

ORIGINA’s intellectual property ownership.

Any and all rights in the online services are and shall remain the exclusive property of ORIGINA or its licensors. For purposes of clarity, “online services” includes any and all content on the online services, such as, but not limited to, text, images, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, audio, video, data and other materials (together, “content”) as well as any part of the online services. The online services are licensed, not sold, to a customer. Nothing in these terms intends to transfer any such rights to or to vest any such rights in, a customer. Customer may not take any action to jeopardize, limit, or interfere with ORIGINA’s or its licensors’ rights.

Customer’s license to use the online services.

Subject to these terms, the customer is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the online services solely for own personal, non-commercial purposes and solely in accordance with these terms. For purposes of clarity, “Use” includes access, interact with, and display. No licenses or rights are granted to a customer by implication or otherwise, except for the licenses and rights these terms expressly grant to the customer. ORIGINA reserves all other product rights.

ORIGINA trademark information.

Trademarks, service marks, and all graphical elements, including the look and feel appearing on the online services, are distinctive and protected trademarks or trade dress of ORIGINA or its licensors.  The online services may also contain various third-party names, trademarks, and service marks that are the property of their respective owners.

User Submissions.

Some online services may allow the customer to send comments, remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, photographs, questions, complaints or other information posted or communicated to ORIGINA through the online services (together, “submissions”). Customer understands that by submitting any information to ORIGINA through the online services, customer grant ORIGINA a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, sublicense to others, modify, translate, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, and publicly perform the submissions, including to use them for any commercial or other purposes whatsoever without approval from or compensation to the customer or any other person, including to use them for any commercial or another purpose whatsoever without approval from or compensation to the customer or any other person. ORIGINA will not be required to
treat any submissions as confidential.

Risk of loss

All items purchased from ORIGINA are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Product descriptions

ORIGINA attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, ORIGINA does not guarantee those product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by ORIGINA itself is not as described, customer sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
